We relentlessly pursue medicines to ease the burden of debilitating diseases and disorders.About the Role:The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing, designing, and implementing digital best practices across multiple Neurocrine-owned web properties. This role will report into the Associate Digital Marketing Director and will have the opportunity to work with brand leads and the head of marketing to shape the strategy and success of the commercial team.Primary Responsibilities:Develop best-in-class web, content marketing, search engine optimizations (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to optimize customer experience and increase marketing effectiveness.Implement A/B tests that advance our digital marketing roadmap.Collaborate with other digital marketers that own CRM/email, paid media, and social media to build a strong and compelling multi-channel marketing plan.Conduct ongoing evaluation of web analytics and manage multiple agency partnerships to assess both web and paid media effectiveness.Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Conceive, design and optimize best-in-class web marketing strategies for brand teams.Design and contribute to the digital marketing team roadmap and its growing set of capabilities.Create compliant, efficient and impactful patient and physician journeys, leveraging Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other data sources.Advanced knowledge and management of search engine optimization strategies and SEM campaigns across multiple websites.Examine effectiveness of current web drivers including banners, email, social media posts, and other forms of non-personal promotion marketing.Leverage deep skills in customer segmentation and analytics to effectively reach target customers in the US.Partner with brand teams and contribute to the strategic development and execution of marketing objectives.Manage agency and vendor support through strong project management, cross-functional collaboration and strong communication skills.Perform other digital marketing duties as assigned.Requirements:BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or related field and 8+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, specifically in web design, UX, content marketing and SEO.Master's or MBA Preferred and 5+ years of similar experience noted above.Anticipates business and industry changes; recommends relevant process/technical/service improvements in their area of expertise.Excellent project management, strong project leadership skills.Excellent communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills.Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing within a pharmaceutical or biotech organization.Expert knowledge of web user design and SEO within a highly regulated industry (preferred).Proficiency in content marketing and content development for healthcare.Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM integration.Neurocrine Biosciences is an EEO/AA/Disability/Vets employer.
