We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Logistics Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing new accounts, negotiating competitive rates with clients, and building lasting relationships to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
Account Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in need of logistics services.Client Negotiation: Effectively negotiate rates and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company profitability goals.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics, sales, or a related field.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry is preferred.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.What We Offer:
