Director of Food & Beverage

Reporting to the Director of Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute strategic plans, promotions and concepts to enhance the overall food and beverage operations, aligning with the hotel's objectives while creating our F&B offerings to be a destination of choice to both hotel and external local guests.Lead F&B Outlets:

Lead and drive our 6 unique F&B Outlets and exceptional Banquet Department to continue to deliver extraordinary service and always strive for unparalleled guest experience and excellence.Culinary Excellence:

Collaborate in the creation and implementation of innovative menus and seasonal menus, ensuring exceptional quality, unique offerings and guest satisfaction.Financial Management:

Manage the budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial targets. Ensure effective control of food, beverage, labor and operating expenses.Team Development:

Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Guest Relations:

Build and maintain strong guest relationships, ensuring an outstanding dining experience.

QualificationsMust hold valid authorization to work in the USA.Food Handlers Card and MAST permit required.Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role required.Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.University/College degree in a related discipline required.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Highly responsible & reliable.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
