Your responsibilities include:Overseeing HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.Leading change management and process implementation efforts.Collaborating with HQ on strategic initiatives, while ensuring local HR needs are met.Managing and growing a small HR team.Flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekend support (rare but possible).Traveling up to 5-10% to HQ or other sites.To thrive in this role, youll need:5+ years
of HR management experience in
manufacturing or warehousing
