Many More!Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Admin to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting employees. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including talent management, benefits administration, garnishments, FMLA, employee relations, onboarding, and HR, among other duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Arizona State Laws and Employment Laws. This position requires at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:1. Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.4. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.5. Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction.6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.7. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.9. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.10. Administer benefits, handle garnishments, and manage FMLA requests in compliance with state and federal regulations.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the manufacturing industry.2. Proven experience with Talent Management, Benefits, Garnishments, FMLA, Employee Relations, Onboarding, HR, ADP.3. Comprehensive knowledge of SHRM, Arizona State Laws, and Employment Laws.4. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP).5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.8.
