The success of the LVMH Beauty Division depends on finding the right balance between major historic Houses, such as Parfums Christian Dior, Parfums Givenchy, Acqua di Parma, Guerlain, and newer brands with strong potential like Kenzo Parfums, Fresh, and Make Up For Ever.LVMH Beauty invites you today to join its North America teams.LVMH Beauty is part of the LVMH Group.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Manage employees in various areas to ensure smooth operations in all areas.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities Include:Responsible for supervising and motivating 2-10 employees by leading them in performing all required functions in their assigned work area.Coordinate staffing needs with management.Ensure all cycle counts, allocation rejection, claims research, and productivity reports are monitored for accuracy and completed in a timely fashion.Coach and council employees not meeting the set work standard.Monitor work standards and make necessary improvements when job functions change.Report any unsafe work conditions to management.Record and submit daily metrics.Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.QualificationsIdeal education, previous work experience, special skills (e.g., foreign languages), and personal characteristics. High School diploma or equivalency Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Scale WMS 2 years previous supervisory experience Previous experience in a large DC environment Outstanding communication skills, Bilingual - Spanish preferredWORKING CONDITIONSPhysical working conditions, hours, supervisory responsibilities, etc.Distribution Center environmentAdditional InformationThis is a temp position.Hours: 4:00pm - 12:30amLVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range $63,000.00 - $70,000.00.This job description is intended to cover the core accountabilities of the position and is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
