Their projects focus on engineering excellence, innovation, and bespoke designs in the high-end residential market.Role Overview:COGS' client is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system design. This role involves leading system design from concept to completion, including hands-on field coordination and collaboration with architectural and engineering consultants. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work on custom, high-specification projects in a fast-paced environment with high visibility across projects.Key Responsibilities:System Design: Develop HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system designs tailored to unique project requirements.Field Coordination: Conduct site surveys and field inspections to ensure accurate design implementation and compliance with specifications.Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other consultants to create integrated, high-performance systems.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare design documentation, equipment specifications, and progress reports.
