Tesla is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner that will be tasked with expediting the execution of work orders through improving technician effectiveness and efficiency through proper planning and scheduling. This position will be directly responsible for planning and scheduling daily maintenance and projects in various stages, as well as tracking and reporting progress during execution. The Maintenance Planner determines the proper scope of a job to solve the problem's root cause and how to complete the job. Job scope will include identifying the labor requirements, materials, special tools, equipment, and sequence of job steps required to safely, efficiently, and effectively accomplish a given task.
