To support this goal, we encourage all of our team to be leaders in their respective areas of technical expertise and to learn key consulting skills such as managing budgets and schedules, communicating with clients, marketing/business development, and presenting to various audiences. We offer over 40 in-house training programs to assist with developing these skills. This approach allows our employees to develop professionally and pursue various career paths without ever leaving the HDR family.We are interested in individuals who desire to pursue a career in this type of culture and encourage new graduates to help lead HDR into the future.
