Senior/Manager of Business Development
for their East Coast territory. This key role will focus on expanding their client base, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong partnerships with biotech and pharmaceutical companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the life sciences sector, particularly in antibody discovery and development.Strategic Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors on the East Coast.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to drive innovative service offerings.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client objectives and aligning their services to meet their needs.Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with scientific teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment between client expectations and project execution.Provide client feedback to internal teams to drive service improvements and innovations.
Market Intelligence & Networking
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.Establish a robust network of industry contacts to promote the company's services.
Performance Monitoring
Track and report key business development metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business development initiatives and results.
