To this end, Honda strives to realize "the joy and freedom of mobility" by developing new technologies and an innovative approach to achieve a "zero environmental footprint."We are looking for qualified individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, continuous improvement values, and a strong work ethic to join our team.If your goals and values align with Honda's, we want you to join our team to Bring the Future!Job PurposeThis position leads the Campaigns & Recalls unit, managing auto recall and campaign launch activities to ensure compliance to Federal and State rules and regulations.Key AccountabilitiesSafety Recall management, including coordination, communication, and execution of recall activities to mitigate vehicle safety risks.Coordinate with NHTSA to monitor progress of recall completion, compliance reporting, and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with OEM and government relations teams to enhance internal processes and controls, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Develop strategic business plans and initiatives that support corporate objectives, including managing department budget.Develop associates to strengthen the capabilities of the Campaigns & Recall team, while increasing associate engagement.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field10 years of experience managing recalls, campaigns, or data managementExperience in regulatory compliance and knowledge of relevant rules and lawsDemonstrated leadership in a cross-functional team environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsDetail-oriented with high organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of a global organizationAbility to manage/prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

HybridGeneral office environment40 hours/week, M-F (overtime as needed)

Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to, geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
