Creative Asset Management/ Operations Coordinator
As a key support function within the Consumer Products Operations team, the Creative Operations Coordinator will partner closely with the Creative Operations Manager to drive and optimize execution for the team throughout the product creation process. This role will execute plans put forth by the Operations managers on the team to cover general responsibilities such as internal project coordination, asset sourcing and distribution of highly sensitive material, tool maintenance and set up.If you are obsessed with details, excited to challenge status quo, and able to grasp and assess workflows quickly, this role may be a good fit for you.This is a hybrid 12-month contract. You must be in Los Angeles, CA, and have no H1B Visa status. The hourly rate is $35.00. We offer medical and dental benefits and paid sick days as needed. There is no C2C.Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
Support the Creative Operations Manager on creating an asset plan based on CPX asset needs and timelines.Build and maintain our project management system with both internal and cross functional key milestones.Maintain cross-functional asset request trackers.Keep key stakeholders appraised of asset sourcing status.Support in the scheduling of meetings.Asset Sourcing, Distribution, and Management
Serve as liaison between CX, production, external partners, external agencies, and cross-functional departments to source, manage, and distribute assets both internally and externally.Watermark and distribute highly sensitive assets.Act as asset librarian and curator when necessary on high-security titles working closely with internal and external partners to obtain files, maintain organization, and keep assets up-to-date.Manage and grant access to materials in various tooling systems.Support Ops manager on onboarding partners.Ensure asset deliverables meet the required specs and timelines.Create and maintain asset visual guides.Work with vendor to ensure assets are properly uploaded in our DAM system.Regularly audit DAM system to ensure consistency/quality in metadata and tool functionality.Partner with CPX teams to update, maintain, and evolve team documents.Experience and Skills:
2+ years of project management/coordination experience.2+ years of digital asset and DAM management experience in entertainment, studio, or agency (this is not an entry level position).Strong knowledge of digital file specs and formats across Digital and Print Production. 3D knowledge is a huge plus.Experience in the following tools: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder).Experience working in operational capacity that involves cross-functional collaboration.Superior project coordination skills.Proven experience fulfilling and managing large sets of assets in complex asset management environments.Pragmatic, organized, solutions and detail-oriented, and collaborative.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks and escalating issues as needed.Must be curious and not afraid to challenge the status quo.Self-motivated and relies on self-discipline and ability to set and meet deadlines. Must be adaptive and ready to roll up their sleeves.Bonus:
Knowledge of taxonomy and metadata best practices.Experience working with highly confidential creative assets and knowledge of best practices for distribution - especially in the entertainment industry.Experience in the following tools: Airtable/Monday, Slack, GSuite.Experience in Consumer Products.Employer:
