We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the condominium and townhome building repair and maintenance business. In this role, you will actively pursue and execute Project Management projects from existing clients while playing a key role in driving overall growth in the maintenance business.

About the role:

Actively promote project management and maintenance services to Boards of Directors by delivering compelling sales presentations during Board meetings.Provide valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing marketing materials related to project management and maintenance services.Efficiently plan and schedule multiple construction projects concurrently, overseeing all aspects such as coordinating payments and maintaining comprehensive project records.Oversee construction and repair projects comprehensively, from defining the scope of work and deliverables to providing clear direction to contractors and subcontractors. Ensure all work is executed following the contract terms.Utilize training, knowledge, and experience to keep Boards of Directors and Community Association managers well-informed and offer strategic recommendations on project-related matters.Contribute as a key member of the executive staff in fostering and perpetuating a robust culture of excellence that aligns seamlessly with our core values.

Growth opportunities:

Oversee and build the maintenance department over time.

This includes supervising sub-contractors, on-call staff, holiday coverage, and maintenance teams. Use expertise to help troubleshoot maintenance issues as needed.

What you need to be successful :

Over 5 years of experience in construction/renovation project management, as well as construction or building maintenance.Proficient in masonry restoration repairs, roofing systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, including expertise in steam and hot water boilers, and domestic hot water systems.Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.Highly responsive with a professional demeanor.
