Calling clients and techniciansScheduling field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeownersProvide excellent customer service and maintain client relationsPreparing and gaining work authorizationsAssist in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companiesKeep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessaryRecord customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our companyFind patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvementFollow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when neededMake sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfactionReply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaintsProvide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfactionIdentify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the teamWork closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledgeMaintain customer accounts and update with new account information as neededQualifications
