The Executive Director provides administrative oversight, visionary leadership, and manages all aspects of Housing and Residential Engagement to ensure that over 2,200 student residents benefit from an exceptional living and learning experience. Responsibilities include overseeing approximately 33 full-time employees, managing a $30 million annual operating budget, facilitating organizational change, and developing programmatic aspects of Housing and Residential Engagement.

Essential QualificationsA master's degree from an accredited college or university in higher education, student services, business management, or a related field. Five years of progressive management experience in college or university administration, including five years of experience supervising full-time staff. Excellent fiscal planning and budget management skills, leadership in strategic planning, and understanding of facilities operations are required.
Preferred QualificationsThorough knowledge of policies, state and federal laws related to student housing. Experience working with diverse residential communities and sensitivity towards multi-cultural, low-income, underrepresented, and disabled populations.
License/CertificationsA Valid California Driver’s License.
