The role will be based in one of our Colorado or North Dakota supply chain locations and support the entire region. Field Operations includes oversight of our warehousing and chemical delivery activities.Demonstrate strong safety leadership skills and be able to lead, coach, and promote a safety culture that aligns with ChampionX's Goal Zero and You Lead expectations.Coordinate the execution of delivery operations and warehousing strategy to support our sales team business plan, focused on delivering customer value and meeting financial objectives.Collaborate with the commercial teams to execute potential business.Establish targets and goals for assigned locations in accordance with regional and supply chain targets.Utilize operational performance data to drive Continuous Improvement efforts, aligned with commercial initiatives and service expectations.Prepare periodic reports for key business stakeholders within the Supply Chain and commercial teams, focused on safety, compliance, and operational performance.Create and manage operational budgets and submit requests for capital expenditures based on regional needs.Operate as a strategic logistics partner with the sales business unit and involve Sales Professionals, Area Managers, District Managers, Region Managers, and General Managers as appropriate to achieve business results.Collaborate with Field Operations support to drive improvements to safety, training, digital support, and equipment management.Participate in the recruiting process with the appropriate Managers to ensure appropriate levels of sales and service coverage within the district.Provide coaching and mentoring to Field Operations Managers and drive engagement of employees to ensure alignment with ChampionX core values.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.5 years of Operations and Distribution experience.No immigration sponsorship available for this role.Ability to travel 3-5 days at a time within the region, other US Land regions, or corporate office in Sugar Land, TX.Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of Management Experience in Industry.Strong financial acumen.Strong communication skills: written and verbal.Oilfield Chemicals Operations.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND JOB CONDITIONS:Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
