Understand different types of EV charging, components and installation requirementsBasic understanding of electrical systems, wires, safety standards, anything related to EV charging
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to create and give presentations during stakeholder meetings
Must possess initiative, decision-making skills and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with MS Projects and MS suite (Word, PPT, and Excel skills)Must have the ability to identify issues, analyze data, develop, recommend, and implement solutions – this role is very innovation-focused.Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related experienceEV Project Manager Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all activities leading to the successful completion of fleet electrification initiative. This includes but is not limited to project scoping, timelines, cost estimates, and design.Develop and maintain project parameters for project requirements. Provide direction to contractors, consultants, and project team. Work closely with civil, construction, and engineering/design groups.Analyze and determine regulatory impacts and requirements of the projectResponsible for providing team/project goals and evaluating performanceResearch and evaluate available contractors and consultantsPrepare, negotiate and approve or recommend approval of contracts and negotiate contract changes.Manage related workforce planning, budget analysis, and prepare budget forecastPerform other PM duties as assignedTSG is an equal opportunity employer.
