(Terms and conditions apply)Primary Responsibilities:The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of asbestos, lead, mold and/or other industrial hygiene projects including conversing with potential and existing clients; proposal generation, managing project budgets and generating final reports and remediation specifications.The successful candidate will be able to achieve 100% of billable revenue target as set by the company and maintain client relationships with existing clients to grow customer base.This role will also have business development targets to engage, retain and maintain client relationships.Additional responsibilities include performing on-site surveys, inspections, assessments, abatement oversight and monitoring and auditing of safety procedures and applicable regulations associated with industrial hygiene and environmental projects.This role will also have supervisory responsibilities which includes the management of field staff.You are:A People Person:

Effective teamwork across diverse functions for collective decision-making.Requirements:Extensive work experience in industrial hygiene, environmental health and safety concepts, and the use of common IEQ field instruments with valid certifications.Minimum 10 years of experience in the environmental science industry and a minimum of 8 years as a Project Manager successfully managing large and complex projects in at least one area of our service lines offered.Working knowledge and experience of asbestos, lead mold, moisture, air quality and water intrusion.Established relationships with at least one client from successfully managing their projects and be the client’s main contact for the company.Supervise and develop field staff to ensure that they achieve their goals and meet their individual, local office and company targets.Possess professional and proficient verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in project design and using design software.Competent in all aspects of computing software necessary for the position.Valid driver’s license, valid automobile insurance, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.Willing to travel when necessary and flexibility in schedule.Licenses:Required IDPH licenses: valid state of Illinois Building Inspector, Asbestos Project Supervisor/Project Manager, Lead Inspector, Air Sampling Professional (ASP)Additional Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, and stand and sit for extended periods.Annual medical exams and respirator fit test required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs efficiently.Benefits and Perks:401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.Medical with company-paid premiums for employees and dependents.Vision and dental plan options.Flexible Spending Account (health care and dependent care).Company sponsored programs including employee assistance program, life and disability insurances, Rocket Lawyer legal services, mobile phone plan with Verizon.Voluntary benefit options including supplemental life insurance for employee and dependents, short term disability, hospital, accident and pet insurance.Generous PTO, paid time off, (3 weeks accrual).Tuition Reimbursement Program to promote higher education.Paid trainings and certifications to promote career advancement (applicable to positions requiring certifications).Paid holidays, volunteer days, and floating holiday.Forensic Analytical Consulting Services is an equal opportunity employer that complies with EEOC rules and regulations.
