The manager will drive the creation, documentation, and implementation of processes to improve supply chain and manufacturing efficiencies. Lead assessments, implementation and usage of S&OP tools and serve as SRAM S&OP trainer and ambassador for the overall S&OP process. Drive to industry best on time in full order fulfillment metrics with optimized inventory and efficiencies.Coach and develop S&OP Team of demand planners and supply planners.Lead the development and improvement of S&OP processes that drive supply chain and manufacturing operation efficiencies, and escalate exceptions quicklyEnable monthly recurring forecast updates with Sales and long-term capacity reviews with factory management and EVS leadersLead monthly Operating reviews working towards awareness and alignment between functions, document and track progress of countermeasuresMaintain dashboards and reports that make visible the state of S&OP, operating plans, and impacts on SRAM’s financial planMonitor forecast and supply guardrails aimed at maintaining customer lead-time targets and order fulfillment targetsSupport inventory planning at distribution centers ensuring processes and procedures yield optimal inventory turns, and targeted customer service levelsDemonstrated Forecasting, Capacity Planning, S&OP experienceAbility to tie demand and supply together with analytics, performance measures, and KPI'sExperience working in SAP and advanced skill set with MS Excel requiredContinuous improvement mindset and approach to understanding demand and processExperience in consumer goods or outdoor industry and inventory management a plusStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skillsResponsibility for managing spend within prescribed budgetResponsibility for forecasting >$1B in sales"Ability to travel 10-15% of the time, including internationallyFlexibility to attend meetings outside regular business hours
