If so, continue reading to discover your chance to make a difference at DEW!Job Responsibilities:This position serves as a senior member of the Finance department’s management team. Under limited supervision, the incumbent’s primary responsibilities include providing direction, creating controls, and coordinating the preparation and justification of DEW’s State Budget Requests and grant submissions. This position prepares and submits the agency’s upcoming fiscal year budget and ensures each year’s State Budget Submission requests are appropriate and align with agency initiatives, structural changes, and projected changes in grant funding levels.The Budget Director routinely and effectively communicates budget status and projections to all budget and grant stakeholders and works with these individuals to build their budgets, understand their impact, and ensure alignment with organizational, financial, and program goals.
