Description
Project Management:
Oversee the development and finalization of marketing materials, including brochures and print collateral, by coordinating between the internal marketing communications team and external creative vendors. Make in-house updates as needed and submit materials for compliance approval.Event Support:
Assist with the planning and execution of external trade events. This includes managing event inventory, coordinating packing and shipping of materials, ordering booth supplies, handling badge registrations, and overseeing onsite catering arrangements. Provide onsite support for setup and teardown, and capture event photos for social media.Lead Management:
Collect and organize contact information from trade events, ensuring timely distribution to the sales team.Budget Tracking:
Monitor and record expenditures related to marketing materials and events.Inventory Management:
Maintain stock of sales giveaway items, making suggestions for new items and placing orders as necessary.Employee Onboarding:
Take professional photos of new employees, mange their filing and distribution, and ensure submission to the intranet portal.Communication Campaigns:
Manage the creation and distribution of pre-event and post-event communications through CRM, and compile leads from various sources after events.Performance Reporting:
Track and report on the effectiveness of email blasts and other marketing initiatives.Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned to support the sales and marketing team.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.Relevant marketing experience, preferably in the biopharmaceutical, industrial manufacturing, or similar industries.Proficient in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, as well as the MS Office Suite. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, WordPress CMS, and Asana is a plus.Versatile individual who thrives in a fast-aced, mission-driven environment and adapts easily to shifting priorities.Prior experience with trade shows and event management is highly desirable.Detail-orientated with strong time management, project management, and follow- through abilities.Proven ability to execute marketing, educational, and outreach strategies.Solid understanding of design and visual principles.
