In this position you will be responsible for a range of responsibilities dependent upon the needs of the business. Primary responsibilities may include sourcing and screening of active and passive candidates, client and candidate interactions, requisition, and pipeline management, as well as processing tasks related to candidate employment and various other administrative support functions. Candidates must have the ability to perform a variety of functional tasks, work solo and within a team environment, and exhibit a commitment to their peers, clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
Responding to candidate inquires via email, telephone, or other appropriate communication.Recruiting and mining job boards and social media avenues in accordance with standard operating procedures.Providing candidates with information about positions/companies and speaking with them about the opportunities.Reviewing the hiring process with candidates and answering questions appropriately.Project based requisition and candidate pipeline management.Utilizing Boolean search techniques to source and mine candidates for difficult to fill requisitions.Development and execution to identify, source, and attract top talent utilizing creative sourcing techniques for both active and passive candidates.Candidate/Hiring Manager/ Client interactions.Candidate screening/ interviewing.Screen candidates for minimum qualifications and preferred qualifications to identify top talent.Posting positions in a variety of different job boards such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster etc.Documenting, tracking and reporting as appropriate based on standard operating procedures.Administrative support including scheduling/event logistics, candidate letter generation, in-bound/out-bound phone calls, test administration, database updates/management, etc.Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a recruiting role, experience recruiting in IT roles preferred.Must be located in non-redesignating HUBZone. HUBZone map located here: https://maps.certify.sba.gov/hubzone/map#center=44.722800,-103.249700&zoom=4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated customer and candidate management abilities.Ability to deliver recruitment projects and administrative tasks to deadline.Demonstrated timeliness, accuracy, prioritization and productivity of tasking.Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills in a high volume, fast paced, multi-tasking environment.Must be detail oriented and have strong project management abilities.Must be well organized and ability to prioritize workload.Good interpersonal skills; ability to build good working relationships and trust at all levels.Excellent follow up skills.Self-directed, able to work independently.Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint.
