The Human Resources intern will gain valuable exposure and hands-on experience in various HR functions. This internship offers real-world working experience and enhances understanding of HR business practices through training, mentorship, and interaction with senior executives. The selected intern will actively contribute to the success of Accertify's growing Human Resources team.
Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and summarize HR data, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports to support business needs.Provide insights and suggestions on current advertising tactics, social media tools, digital marketing, and recruitment marketing products and platforms.Assisting with special projects, such as updating newsletters and communications, which will keep employees informed and engaged.Identify opportunities for system enhancements and automate employee changes and reporting processes.Understanding and assisting, maintaining, and generating HR standard reports will provide valuable insights for decision-making.Develop internal and external content to support employment branding on Accertify social channels, positioning Accertify as a global employer of choice.Assists with the maintenance of HRIS training materialExtensive knowledge of tools, techniques, and processes for gathering and reporting data; Develop/recommend a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the employer branding strategy.
What We're Looking For:
Undergraduate student attending an accredited university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Independent, self-motivated workerHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and candidates.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insightMust be detail-oriented and comfortable with numerical and analytical tasks. Familiarity with BI tools is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.Previous experience working in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, etc.)Additional Details:
This is a part-time internship opportunity for the spring 2025 semester with two full days in the office, moving to four full days for the summer of 2025. This role is an on-site opportunity in Itasca, IL. The internship opportunity is from the spring 2025 semester through the summer of 2025.Rising junior or senior obtaining a bachelor's degree in a related field OR master's student with one year left before graduating.Visa Sponsorship: employment eligibility to work for Accertify in the U.S. is required, as Accertify will not pursue Visa sponsorship for this position.
