POSITION SUMMARY

Sony Biotechnology, located in San Jose, CA is seeking a

Global Product Manager - CRM and Digital Marketing

to join their group. The Global Product Manager - CRM and Digital Marketingwill have dual responsibility to support CRM operations to deliver productivity, efficiency, and automation in Sales operations to accelerate growth and will also work on development of Digital marketing strategies to be executed across multiple channels and track effectiveness through meaningful KPIs to optimize ROI. This role will have a focus on improving customer acquisition and retention and oversee the transformation of the current online experience. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with CRM tools, Marketing automation tools and digital marketing in the Life Sciences sector. They should be able to partner with regional leaders and work cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and execute on a global roadmap to achieve it.

This role will require 3 days on-site at the San Jose office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES This position will lead implementation efforts for the organization's investments in sales force effectiveness and manage functions essential to sales force productivity. This position will develop close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are shared within the Sales organization and Customer service and have a significant voice in cross functional operations. Monitor and improve eCommerce performance, to improve Leads and funnel performance to improve profitability and increase efficiency. Manage and support use of CRM tools with sales teams including leading needed training and manage activities of CRM implementation team.

Within the Marketing function, this role will lead the effective implementation of Marketing automation and leverage reporting and analytics to improve customer engagement, working with the Marketing Communications Program managers and Web marketing manager. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience and campaign performance through aligned content creation and messaging Partner with regional teams to align SEM and SEO strategies by identifying in-market keyword opportunities through continued strategic monitoring Measure and report performance of the digital assets and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Keep updated on latest practices and trends through close collaboration with domain leaders Up to 20% of domestic/international travel may be required Honesty, trustworthiness and ethical conduct are material requirements for the responsibilities outlined above QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION

Your qualifications and experience should include:

Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and Sales Operations OR equivalent Requires a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a digital marketing environment in the Life Sciences sector Must have experience in B2B marketing, particularly in marketing automation, CRM, website transformation projects, and SEM/SEO technologies and tools Possesses a strong understanding of usability best practices, related to web/ digital marketing and eCommerce. Ideally the candidate will have an understanding of the best practices related to CRM, website design, UX, organic and SEO

Have experience working closely with/managing external agencies and contractors Strong integrated marketing, communications skills including research, analytical skills, data, management and project management Have a deep understanding of analytics and uses these key insights to shape Digital Strategies to include leveraging Data for decision-making. The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $120,000 to $160,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
