THE OPPORTUNITY
Sany Construction Equipment Dealer is seeking an experienced Store or Operations Manager for an equipment dealership located in Pennsauken NJ, servicing SE Pennsylvania, NJ, DE area. In this role, you will provide location leadership and will assume accountabilities for all departments working together to achieve goals for the location. You will also promote customer and employee satisfaction and will strive to reach or surpass location performance metrics.
LIST KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeveloping/Coaching/Leading for all location employees including Parts, Service, Sales & Rental employeesEnsuring the successful implementation and delivery of services/solutions to meet or surpass requirements of customersMonitoring customer satisfaction levels and proactively addressing any areas of concernDay in and Day out accountability of employees and for the overall morale of the locationKeeping lines of communication open with all employeesCoordinating attendance at community events to maintain local visibility and positive public relations within the community and area benefitResponsible for supporting the Sales, Service and Parts Department with order processing regarding entry, pricing, billing, parts returns, general dealer supportSolid ability to analyze and interpret financial reportsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperienced with spreadsheets as well as Microsoft Office and Internet functionsProcess approved special pricing allowance requestsProcess credits and re-invoicing of equipmentCreate customer invoices for monthly subscription-based billingProvide basic support for dealer inquiriesCollect information and forward on to appropriate Sales or Service personnelProcessing orders for new, rental, and used equipment scheduling deliveries and processing invoicesApproving and coding vendor invoices for paymentOrdering equipment, parts and consumables as required for the dealershipCollaborating with management to monitor rental equipment and used machine inventories including the buying and selling of assetsPROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Equipment Sales Management or Operations Management experience with Construction, Industrial, or Ag Equipment brandsSupervisory experience with ability to lead/coach/mentor/motivate personnel2-5 years related experienceComputer skills are necessary
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree, in business or comparable experience in customer service environment
4-year Post Secondary Degree preferred
COMPENSATION
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. It will include a base salary, an annual performance bonus, and other exceptional benefits
