LHH is hiring a part-time Front Office Admin for a company in the Greater WI area. This person will manage front desk operations and assist the HR team with daily tasks. This would be a 6 month contract position.
Greet and assist visitors, answer, and direct phone calls, and manage front desk operations.
Maintain office supplies, meeting rooms, and office inventory
Act as point of contact for questions regarding hours, pay
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
Schedule conference room bookings and catering orders, assist with coordinating company events & meetings
Ensure compliance with company policies
Type: temporary to hirePay: $18.00-$20.00 an hourHours: 7:30am-2:00pm
