Job Description:

The Ticket to Work Federal Programs Specialist reports to the Employment Solutions Manager in the Employment Services Division. Incumbent will oversee the SC DEW's Ticket to Work (TTW) program by monitoring and supporting case managers who work directly with ticket holders. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with Social Security Administration (SSA) regulations and ensuring the smooth overall operation of the TTW program through effective program monitoring, training of case managers on documentation and reporting standards, and managing program outcomes to secure milestone and outcome payments.Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma with a minimum of four years client centered case management, counseling, or a related field. Experience working with job-seeking SSI/SSDI recipients and experience partnering with organizations that provide employment support services to those receiving SSI/SSDI benefits.Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree with at least three years of experience providing client centered case management, counseling, or a related field. Experience working with SSI/SSDI recipients.Additional Comments
