Eagle Physicians is seeking a full-time experienced Practice Manager that is able to manage, supervise and coordinate all functions and activities related to the operations of physician practices, complex management responsibilities. 3+ years of experience as a Senior Manager/Administrator of a large (7+ physician) group is required. Applicant must be detail and action oriented, have solid operations experience, express strong critical thinking skills and be able to motivate and coach staff to higher levels of performance.
Schedule:
40+ hours weekly, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and evening hours as needed.

Practice Manager's Responsibilities:
Demonstrates good judgment, professionalism and creativity in organizing, coordinating and leading essential site functions.Makes effective and efficient use of the resources available at the site and from Eagle.Effectively communicates and reinforces to support staff the importance of providing outstanding patient experiences, and maintaining a professional, safe and clean working environment.Demonstrates effective supervision and leadership of the support staff.Effectively recruits and mentors new employees, and provides all staff members with clear directions, training, constructive feedback and motivation.Delegates appropriately.Provides staff with opportunities for development.Treats all employees fairly and equitably.Disciplines effectively and terminates employees when necessary.Appropriately determines which issues need consultation with MD Site Coordinator / physicians / executive staff / others and seeks consultation in a timely and appropriate manner.Works with site supervisors, MD Site Coordinator, site physicians, EBS and Central Office staff and others to ensure that site actions are consistent with Eagle-wide objectives, Board policies and Eagle IT, HR, EBS & administrative procedures.Works with staff, site supervisors, MD Site Coordinator, site physicians and Eagle Central Office staff to develop site objectives, and short-long range steps to accomplish objectives; effectively communicates objectives and progress / problems in a timely and effective manner.Makes good decisions within the scope of their responsibilities and implements them effectively.Seeks opportunities to improve the site's cost-effectiveness.Makes adjustments to changing circumstances to minimize adverse impact on patient care and productivity, and makes adjustments to reduce costs (e.g., PLT, over-time).Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal skills in dealing with support staff, patients, physicians & extenders.Contributes to developing effective teamwork among the physicians, the support staff and between the two groups.Establishes and enables an atmosphere at their site of professionalism, high productivity, efficiency, accuracy and timeliness.Appropriately takes the initiative on some issues / projects, and appropriately seeks advance input / support / approval before proceeding on other issues / projects.Effective liaison between Eagle central office, site physicians and / or support staff.Works effectively with Eagle staff members outside her / his site and completes important tasks on a timely basis relative to EBS, Eagle IT, Finance, Human Resources, COO and CEO.Contributes positively to Eagle-wide objectives and goals through active participation in Site Administrator meetings, helping with special projects, assisting other individual site administrators, attending quarterly provider meetings and other appropriate means.Effective in prioritizing their own duties and dealing with work pressures and demands.Appears to have a reasonable balance between work and personal needs.Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations as indicated.Shows respect, courtesy and advocacy in all dealings with all people, including, but not limited to patients, coworkers, and visitors.Displays a positive attitude, and team-oriented spirit, indicated by a willingness to assist where and whenever needed.Attends meetings as required.Writes legibly and with correct grammar and sentence structure.Creates and upholds redundancy/ succession planning through the creation of written protocols and instructions of assigned tasks, duties and responsibilities which is published to the supervisor and updated quarterly.Upholds and exemplifies through daily actions, activities and behaviors Eagle's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion values.Follows HIPAA guidelines for patient confidentiality and maintains security of Protected Health Information (PHI), employee and business information.Does not exhibit, divulge, copy or remove the contents of any record or report except to fulfill work assignments.Upholds and exemplifies through daily actions, activities and behaviors Eagle's Vision, Mission and Values:Vision: Eagle Physicians will be seen as the healthcare organization of choice by patients, staff and the community.Mission: Eagle Physicians will provide patient-centered healthcare for our community with a team committed to high-quality, supportive and compassionate care.Values: Integrity, Compassion, Trust, Professionalism and Respect.

Education:
Flexible; degree preferred with equivalent on-the-job training.
Experience:
Three + years senior Practice Management experience is required.
