Job Summary:Knobelsdorff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, customer events, and internal company events. The Events Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Director and various internal departments to ensure all events run smoothly and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the logistics for a wide variety of events, including trade shows, customer events, community events, and company gatherings.Coordinate event timelines, budgets, and on-site logistics to ensure successful execution.Manage event vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, securing venues, and coordinating catering, audiovisual, and equipment needs.Oversee event registration processes and ensure clear communication with participants, including invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.Collaborate with internal teams such as business development, people and culture/recruitment and operations to align event strategies with company goals.Support creative event concepts and themes that resonate with attendees and align with Knobelsdorff's brand.Track event performance, gather feedback, and provide post-event analysis and recommendations for future improvements.Maintain an organized calendar of upcoming events and ensure timely preparation for each.Support the marketing team in the promotion of events, including promotional materials and managing event-related communications.Travel to and oversee event setup, execution, and teardown as needed.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field preferred.2+ years of experience in event planning, trade shows, or project management.Proven ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to event planning.Proficiency in event management or project management software, CRM and tools is a plus.Willingness to travel as needed to oversee events.Physical Requirements
