What You'll Do

Authentic Brands Group is looking for a Director of Cyber Security and Compliance to lead our cyber security and compliance program. Our ideal candidate will have both business and technical acumen, with a proven track record of managing a security and compliance program for a large organization. This position requires initiative, creativity, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

What you'll be working onLead overall Cyber Security and Compliance programMentor and coach a team of direct reportsManage and coordinate third party contractors and consultantsLead vulnerability scansParticipate in Cyber Security audits and penetration testingResponsible for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) audits and certificationMonitoring and oversight of third party relationshipsCreate and test Cyber Incident Response PlanCreate and test BCP/DR planCreate and monitor vulnerability management programCreate and monitor operating system and application patching standardsReview and audit existing security policies and make suggestions based on current industry trendsField inquiries regarding Authentic's security profileLead the highest level of escalation for security incidentsAnalyze and mitigate security vulnerabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience working for a global company preferredPassion for current and emerging trends in cyber security and complianceMust Haves:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, cyber security or equivalentMinimum of 5-8 years a managing and maintaining a cyber security program4+ years of team management experienceExperience creating and maintaining security programsExpert in privileged access management systems (PAM)Expert with Endpoint Detection and Recovery systems (EDR)Experience with SOX certificationsExcellent oral and written and communication skillsWorking knowledge of security monitoring solutionsKnowledge of SIEM tools, MSOC services and escalationsExperience with endpoint security response and mitigationSecurity certifications a plus (SANS, CISM, GIAC, CISSP, etc.)

Primary Salary Location:

$190,000 - $215,000
