MAU is hiring a Plant Manager for our client in Lockland, OH.

As a

Plant Manager,

you will report to the Senior Operations Director and oversee the daily operations of the Lockland facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement to meet organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment OR15+ years of industrial experience in a manufacturing leadership roleGeneral Requirements

Proven track record of developing and executing manufacturing strategies that drive cost reductions and improve productivity in a high-demand customer environmentExperience with P&L management and accountabilityProficiency in MS Office and ERP systemsStrong understanding of quality management systemsIn-depth knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and requirementsExtensive experience leading complex manufacturing plants and driving transformational changeProven track record of implementing significant manufacturing improvements aligned with broader growth initiativesAbility to establish a highly adaptable and flexible manufacturing operationDemonstrates energy and passion for safety, people-oriented leadership, and fostering teamwork and collaborationStrong focus on promoting a winning mindset and positive organizational culturePreferred Requirements
