Job Description• Supporting the Advisor team in providing comprehensive personal financial planning, investment planning and tax services to high-net-worth families and corporate executives• Managing the new client onboarding process• Organizing and maintaining client data• Processing client subscriptions of alternative investment documents• Generating ideas and problem solving related to clients' complex and unique financial matters• Preparing client financial statements and investment performance reports• Preparing investment allocation analyses to help monitor and manage various publicly traded fixed income and equity strategies as well as alternative investment strategies• Preparing client retirement, insurance and estate-planning analyses• Preparing clients' quarterly tax projections and annual Federal and state income tax returns• Regularly interacting with clients via telephone and face-to-face meetings
Requirements• 2 - 4 years of experience working within an investment manager/wealth planner preferred but not required• Experience preparing tax returns preferred• Bachelor's degree required, concentration in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills within a confidential framework• Proven ability to work independently and within a small team environment• Adaptability, willingness and motivation to learn and apply technical concepts• Proficiency utilizing spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software
