Reporting directly to the Senior Director of HR, the Senior HR Generalist will oversee all aspects of HR management at a FellowshipLIFE community located in Basking Ridge, NJ. From recruitment and selection to onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration, this role is integral to our organization's success. We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can lead with integrity, communicate effectively, and drive results.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.Develop innovative recruitment plans to maximize staffing levels across all departments.Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure efficient and accurate processing.Promote internal career opportunities and support team member development.Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop strategies.Organize onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives for team members.Ensure accurate management of applicant flow and employment data.Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.Recommend new approaches to improve departmental efficiency and service quality.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain interpersonal sensitivity within the organization.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of progressive experience in HR management.SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.Experience in the senior living or healthcare industry preferred.
Salary:
Salary starting at $75,000
