HR Generalist
to join their team with 3 to 5 years of experience.Salary/Hourly Rate:$75,000 - $80,000Position Overview:The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and management team by handling various HR functions. The ideal HR Generalist candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, compensation, and benefits, and will be adept at fostering a positive workplace culture.Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys
HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with federal, state, and local laws. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies as needed
Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities
Employee Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
HR Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, compensation, and benefits utilization
Qualifications for the HR Generalist:
3 to 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations, compensation, and benefits
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
