Job Title: Change Manager - Global Technology Management OfficeLocation: Beaverton ORDuration: 6 Months on W2
About the Role:We're seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our Global Technology Management Office. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and implement change management plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute change management strategies for medium to large-scale global initiatives, assessing stakeholder readiness and building business cases for change.Apply change management principles and methodologies to drive excellence in support of technology digital transformation efforts.Create training plans, materials, and communication strategies to engage stakeholders, minimize disruption, and ensure adoption.Proactively communicate status to stakeholders, adapting plans and priorities as needed to address leadership, operational, and technology changes.Make informed decisions that impact **** image and culture, operating within company policies.
Special Focus:Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive communications review and approval process.Drive the adoption of a communications work-back process to enhance speed and scale of GT communications.Identify opportunities to automate communications approval flows and train new teams on the communications approval and work-back processes.
Requirements:Strong change management expertise with experience in driving transformation across global teams.Excellent communication, editing, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work with various levels of stakeholders, sponsors, and teams across **** Inc.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and constraints.
Who You'll Work With:Global Technology teams including business operations teams, program teams, project managers, product managers, and scrum leads.Strategic partners across **** Inc. including senior leaders and stakeholders.
