Project management professional certification preferred (PMP)Proven experience delivering large complex programs across multiple teamsComplex problem-solving and experience establishing processes that strengthen fact-based decision makingDemonstrated expertise of developing consensus and influencing effective outcomes across diverse teamsExperience working in a highly matrixed work environmentComfortable with ambiguityStrong communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and leadership skillsStrong understanding of building program plans and dashboards in JiraProven experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies and working with both scrum and kanban teams
What you'll work onAs a Sr Program Manager, you will focus on the planning and delivery of a strategic initiative. You will partner with multiple leaders to create, manage, and track value delivery on assigned initiatives. You will lead and execute all aspects of program management, including scope, schedule, capacity, risks, and dependencies.Manage a complex program with multiple stakeholders and workstreamsDevelop and execute a detailed program plan, monitoring progress and adjusting as neededManage stakeholder engagement and communicationIdentify and mitigate risks and issues, delivering status reporting to stakeholdersProvide bi-weekly status reports to all stakeholders as well as present updates, risks, achievements to senior leadership monthly
