Job SummaryAs an Entry Level Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing insights to help optimize our global supply chain.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources using SQL and Python.Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metricsIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and provide recommendations for process improvementsDrive automation projects on an aggressive timeline with a team of world-class engineers and designersDevelop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and engineering, in order to best understand business needs and develop data-driven solutionsDevelop and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization3+ years of experience using SQL & PythonStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of and supply chain management and planning principles, practices, and techniquesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisionsProficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysisProficiency in SQL and database managementExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Familiarity with supply chain management software, such as SAP or OracleExperience with ERP or supply chain system implementationExperience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BIKnowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniquesCertification in supply chain management, such as APICS or ISM.MUST HAVE SKILLS:
3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization and 3+ years of experience using SQL & PythonExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions, Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysisExcellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present to various levels of management and ability to work with XFNs to drive a project/program.NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
