Executive Assistant
within the alternative investments industry. The employer is a due diligence firm in Los Angeles that is focused on private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds. The company has been in operation for 15 years advising institutional investors and family offices.The executive assistant will support the principal of the firm and will provide support for many different tasks related to the operations of the business. The person in this role will have the opportunity to broaden their skillset in a fast moving intellectual environment. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have a strong work ethic, and be ready to work with senior executives and confidential information. Responsibilities will range from booking travel and meetings, to proofreading reports and data management. This full time position is based in Century City, Los Angeles and is hybrid.To be considered for the role, applicants will need a minimum of 2 years of experience working at a private equity investment manager or a hedge fund manager.ResponsibilitiesBook meetings with multiple attendees using Teams, Zoom, or in personMaintain calendarsOrganize travelEstablish email communications between numerous financial counterpartiesLog and file documentsOrganize documents and reportsProofread reportsCollate market dataConduct company researchManage digital marketingAssist with company LinkedIn pageData entryManage database and client portalManage outside vendorsOrder and mail annual giftsOther executive and personal assistance to the PrincipalPrerequisite QualificationsBachelors degree requiredPrior experience in administrative role at a private equity fund or a hedge fund required2-10 years of administrative assistant experience requiredStrong written communication skillsSkilled in Apple softwareSkilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)Skilled in MailchimpSkilled in LinkedIn company pagesCompensationDOE ranging from $75,000-$95,000PTO
