The Field Executive Administrative Assistant position will perform the following duties:
Performs administrative duties for executive management.
Manages and maintains executives' schedules.
Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
Files and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports.
Greets visitors and determines whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Prepares agendas and makes arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
