We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Colorado Transportation (Bridge) Lead in our Denver Area office.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day responsibilities of Colorado office staff, including workload management and production oversightProject Management of locally delivered transportation/bridge projects and work with internal project leadership to set delivery schedules and project budgets for bridges and structures workParticipate in business development and marketing efforts for transportation/bridge opportunities in Colorado and Mountain WestOversee engineering staff and provide mentorship and technical leadershipLead production of transportation contract documents with a particular emphasis on structures plans, specifications, construction cost estimates, technical reports, and other contract documentsOccasional field site visits and client meetings
Requirements:
BS in Civil Engineering required; MS (preferred)PE License required (CO, OR, WA, and/or CA preferred)10+ years of transportation project experience, with demonstrated project management experience, and a preferred emphasis on bridge and highway structure design projectsExperience in managing personnelProficiency with current AASHTO design specificationsExperienced project leadership on bridges and structures projectsExperience in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD; experience with current bridge design and FEM software, including Bentley OpenBridge (preferred)Established network with local client base (preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Benefits:
Salary range - $140,000- $190,000 annually. Salary commensurate with experience.
