We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Technician to ensure the highest quality standards. In this role, you will manage non-conforming materials, handle customer complaints, and conduct thorough inspections to maintain product integrity.

Serve as the primary contact for customer quality issues.Investigate complaints and identify root causes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective corrective actions.
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials.Work with the production team to develop strategies to prevent recurrence.Coordinate with suppliers for the return or replacement of non-conforming materials as necessary.
Conduct regular inspections throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming raw materials to finished products.Utilize a variety of inspection tools to ensure compliance with quality standards.Document inspection results and generate reports for quality assurance.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.Train production staff on quality standards and practices.Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Skills/Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in elastomer fabrication.Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across various departments.Proficient in using inspection tools and quality control equipment.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Must be able to stand for extended periods.Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
