for applications running on MS Windows platforms (e.g., MS Office, printers, web browsers).Experience with

desktop/laptop hardware repair

and basic networking.Knowledge of

Active Directory (AD)

for user account management.Excellent

customer service skills

with a focus on resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally.Ability to work well in a

team environment , collaborating with other IT professionals and business users.Ability to follow

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

and adhere to company IT protocols.Strong

communication skills

(both written and oral), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Preferred :ServiceNow

experience (requests, incidents, and asset management).Experience with

networking basics

(e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Previous experience in a

shipyard

or similar environment.
