  • Job Description:
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems
    Win 11, Win 10, Win 7.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for applications running on MS Windows platforms (e.g., MS Office, printers, web browsers).
  • Experience with desktop/laptop hardware repair and basic networking.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) for user account management.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other IT professionals and business users.
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to company IT protocols.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred

  • ServiceNow experience (requests, incidents, and asset management).
  • Experience with networking basics (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Previous experience in a shipyard or similar environment.
