We’re looking for a dynamic and skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team and deliver exceptional support in a fast-paced IT environment! As a Computer Systems Analyst, you’ll be the go-to for local and remote desktop support, working directly with end users, troubleshooting, documenting resolutions, and ensuring seamless IT operations. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high service levels and supporting our IT Support Center’s operations across all shifts.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing Support: Offer first and second-level support for end-user issues, from hardware and software to application troubleshooting.
- Coordinating with Vendors: Work with third-party vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Communicating Proactively: Ensure timely updates on issues and resolutions, maintaining clear communication.
- Managing Incidents: Track and update tickets for all reported incidents in the system.
- Technical Tasks: Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, Citrix, Mac OS, and other desktop applications.
- Hardware Support: Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to ensure system performance and security.
- Network Connectivity: Use diagnostic tools to resolve network issues and support smart devices, A/V equipment, and telecom needs.
- Project Collaboration: Contribute to project-based work and adapt to shifting priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience, plus certifications like CompTIA A+ or MCP.
- Experience
- At least 2 years in an IT support role.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Windows 10-11, Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, Office 365, and enterprise anti-virus tools; familiarity with Mac OS is a plus.
- Helpdesk Systems
- Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
- Mobile Device Management
- Knowledge of MDM, enterprise encryption, and device configuration for iOS and Android.
- Cloud & Virtualization
- Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Azure or AWS, VMware, Citrix, and containerization technologies.
- Network Skills
- Familiarity with DHCP, DFS, VPN (e.g., ZScaler), and network protocols like TCP/IP and DNS.
Preferred:
- Advanced Skills: SCCM/Patch Management, vulnerability management systems, PowerShell, FortiGate switches, Ethernet networking, and routing/internet technologies.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships and provide excellent internal customer service.
- Project Management: Ability to create and follow project schedules.
- Flexibility: Willing to work off-hours and weekends as required, with some travel possible to other company locations.
