Become a part of our growing, dynamic team and we'll help you build a career you can be proud of.What your day-to-day will look like:Perform data analysis and provide insights by collecting, cleansing and validating data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and completenessIdentify patterns, trends and anomalies in collected data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for business growth and process improvementPerform end-to-end process evaluation by mapping and analyzing processes across departments and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and optimizationCreate alert reporting to proactively identify potential concerns or issues to be reviewed/actioned by operational teamsDesign and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs, performance metrics and operational trendsCreate clear and concise reports, dashboards and visualizations to generate compelling narratives around data insights and present findings to leadership and operational teamWork with cross functional teams to understand and translate future needs and develop proposed solutions that will improve and enhance processesWhat you'll need to excel:At a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience1 year of experience in transportation, logistics or process improvementIt'd be great if you also have:Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related fieldProficient understanding of lean methodologiesLarge scale project and implementation experienceExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or QlikViewCompetent data analysis and manipulation knowledgeExcellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsIn this role, you'll be supported by a passionate team motivated by fast-paced innovation and the desire to deliver for customers.
