HR Generalist: benefits, on/offboarding of employees, billing/reconciliation (for benefits), auditing req; HRIS reporting & admin skills a +As a HR Generalist (temp) or People Technology Analyst (would be the C2H if you are a fit), you will play a pivotal role in your ownership of the HR Operations processes and linking them to the management of our peripheral systems. You will serve as a specialist and reporting super-user for our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and optimization of technology solutions to support our people operations initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations Process Ownership (skills required for the temp role):Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of HR operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, benefits integration, immigration, HRCare channel, and compliance activities.Respond to employee questions about employment policies, immigration, benefits, etc.Assist and support the ongoing administration of all HR programs.Provide support as it relates to incoming legal and or client audit requests.Responsible for developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and internal Job Aids related to the People Operations function.Continuously evaluate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR processes with other business systems and workflows.Provide support with Benefits Annual Open Enrollment, Annual Health Fair, and any related wellness events and communication strategy.Peripheral Systems Management (skills required to be considered to convert to FTE)Oversee and support peripheral systems related to our workforce experience, including but not limited to recognition platform, background check management, benefits administration and carrier portals, employee engagement platforms, systems onboarding, and company intranet.Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and optimize system performance.Provide end-user support and training to ensure efficient utilization of peripheral systems across the organization.HRIS Administration and Reporting (skills required to be considered to convert to FTE)Serve as backup to the administrator for the HRIS platform, managing user access, permissions, and configurations.Support HR Technology projects including project planning, development, configuration, testing, training and change management.Design and generate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision- making within the HR function.Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience with professional certifications preferred.Typically, a minimum of three years related work experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or related roles.HR experience within a multi-state organization.Experience with benefits administration including billing/reconciliationExperience with HR compliance / auditingExperience with employee on & offboarding including partnership with payroll, benefits considerations, background checks, immigration considerations, etc.HRIS experience as a userTo be considered for the C2H role you would also have to have:A bachelor degreeProficiency in HR systems such as Dayforce, Motivosity, Glint, Great Places to Work, benefit carrier portals with experience in system configuration, customization, and reporting.HRIS admin / support skills (Dayforce is a plus)HRIS reporting skillsAble to create and maintain strong working relationships with employees in all departments and at all levels of the organization.Effective communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Proven record of accomplishment managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail.Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office Suite.Highly motivated, results-driven problem solver and able to work independently and with the team.Possess strong integrity - must always show good judgment and confidentiality.Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, train others, and manage workload efficiently/effectively.Compensation depends on experience but is typically $30-47/hr W2
