Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Drive Channel Strategy:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the North America market for smart collaboration solutions through partner channels (resellers, distributors, and system integrators).
Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with both end customers and channel partners, providing marketing support, resources, and tools to drive demand generation and sales enablement.
Campaign Development:
Design and implement co-marketing campaigns with channel partners, including joint marketing initiatives, digital marketing, events, and promotions, to increase product visibility and market share.
Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with sales teams and alliance partners to create and distribute sales enablement tools, such as product demos, training materials, and marketing collateral tailored to smart collaboration solutions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
: Track and analyze the effectiveness of both commercial and channel marketing programs, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and refining strategies based on performance data.
Market Insights:
Monitor trends and competitor activities in the North America collaboration solutions market, providing actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and product positioning.
Budget Management:
Manage both commercial and channel marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals.
Partner Training & Engagement:
Lead partner training programs to ensure channel partners are knowledgeable about smart collaboration solutions and equipped to effectively position them to customers.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, sales, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment between commercial and channel marketing efforts and overall company objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, and/or Communications.
8+ years experience in technology marketing and lead generation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Channel marketing and field experience preferred.
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $130,000 - $175,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com .
