Description:
Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control seeks a Security Senior Manager for a complex manufacturing, final assembly, and test campus in Troy, Alabama. As the site security lead and member of the site leadership, the selected individual will be responsible for every aspect of security of 4,000 acre site, including: infrastructure protection (physical security), classified program security, threat and crisis management, and will work collaboratively with the classified cybersecurity team. As a senior manager, the selected individual will lead a large and diverse team of Lockheed Martin Security Professionals, as well as oversee a contract guard force that includes a specially trained Rapid Response Team (RRT).
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities include:
• Direct oversight of all security efforts for the Troy site.
• Drive security strategy and process/procedure.
• As a member of the senior management team, build lasting relationships with program and functional managers to ensure site/program needs are met.
• Maintain strong communication channels with MFC Security Leadership.
• Provide oversight/management, performance management, career development, etc. for multiple direct reporting employees.
• Oversight of the national industrial security program.
• Manage Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives (AA&E), Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), Underwriters Laboratories (UL), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE), and COMSEC programs.
• Ensure compliance with company and government security regulations.
• Prepare budget input and manage procurement of services and equipment.
• Oversee the Crisis Management Team.
• Maintain a liaison with local law enforcement and counterintelligence officials.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / combined education.
• Must possess a secret clearance including an investigation within 6 years, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within a sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.
• Prior demonstrated management/leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of corporate industrial security protocol.
• Working knowledge of special security requirements (e.g., SCI, SAP, Personnel Security, and Physical Security)
• Must be FSO certified or the ability to obtain certification upon employment.
• Must have proven experience building and sustaining teams and the ability to implement the Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives and to prioritize/set realistic goals that meet business objectives.
• Capable of critical project management, organizational and internal/external customer service and support.
• Must be able to respond to time critical requirements.
**Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.
Desired Skills:
• Lockheed Martin Security experience beneficial.
• 10 or more years of related experience.
• Experience with classified programs.
• Experience in/with the following: Guard Force Management, Crisis Management, Case Management, CCTV and access control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and communicate directly with audiences at all levels of management, customers, and employees.
• Superior customer and mission focused skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
