The Work
We are looking for highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join and contribute significantly to the successful implementation and enablement of this journey for our Lockheed Martin RMS Cyber Inside Team supporting Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) through IWTA in a Technical Support and Systems Administration role. You will play a critical role in supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs on engineering networks and special test equipment in labs. Your responsibilities will include:Workstation Administration: Manage and maintain heterogeneous networks, including Windows 7/10/11 and Windows Server-based domains.Cyber Compliance: Oversee operating system cyber compliance, including upgrades and patching for both Windows and Linux systems.Hardware Management: Provide guidance and management for hardware, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance across multiple architectures.Application Support: Ensure the integrity and availability of applications, and coordinate new application installations, upgrades, and customer support in classified areas.IT Hardware Maintenance: Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on various IT hardware, such as PCs, printers, and laptops.Security Implementation: Implement security measures in hardware, software, data, and procedures to protect our systems.
Please note:This position requires daily onsite presence in Troy, AL in closed areas.This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government Secret clearance.
