Responsibilities: • Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including conducting property tours, qualifying prospects, and closing leases. • Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenant-buyers through excellent communication and follow-up skills. • Utilize creative marketing strategies to attract potential tenant-buyers and increase conversion • Collaborate with property owners to ensure homes are market-ready and meet the needs of would-be homeowners. • Engage landlords and convey the benefits of shifting away from traditional rentals to a lease purchase model that delivers a win-win for both tenant and property owner. • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations for pricing and promotions. • Negotiate leases and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through proactive efforts and lead-generating activities. Qualifications: • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in real estate as an agent, lender, or property manager. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Creative mindset with a knack for thinking outside the box to attract and retain tenants. • Money-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. • Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules. Compensation: $90,000 - $180,000 yearly
